Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialty Chemical Sales Organization and deliver annual sales plans.
• Develop territory call plans and negotiation plans for key accounts.
• Manage house accounts and maximize sales potential; negotiate contracts.
• Coach a high-performing sales team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 50% to support customers and channel development.
