Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, the world’s workwear authority, seeks a National Sales Manager for CritiCore to grow sales with North American accounts and drive margins. This remote role relies on CRM-driven activity and close collaboration with marketing for product launches.

You will manage key industrial accounts, lead quarterly reviews, and coordinate with sales reps, GMs, and KAMs while traveling about 50% to distributor networks and industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience.
• History of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone and in-person presence.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales plan to drive sales and margin growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales Reps, GMs, MCMs and Key Account Managers.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with national accounts.
• Lead new product launches with marketing support.
• Manage prices and margins for all customers.
• Maintain and expand CRM database of customers and prospects.
• Identify customer needs and industry trends for feedback on product development.
• Travel ~50% nationally to distributors and trade shows.
