The role emphasizes meeting annual growth targets, strong relationship management, and strategic insight into industry trends, with substantial domestic travel required.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required.
• History of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sales plan to drive growth and margin.
• Build and maintain relationships with national account stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
• Lead new product launches with marketing support.
• Manage pricing and margins for customers; travel ~50%.
