Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, the world’s workwear authority, seeks a National Sales Manager (Industrial / Controlled Environment) to grow sales across North America. This remote role focuses on key industrial accounts, leveraging CRM to manage activity and drive growth while reinforcing our core values.

The position involves 50% national travel to distributors and trade shows; success hinges on building relationships, leading product launches with marketing support, and achieving annual growth

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience.
• History of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone and in person presence.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales plan to drive sales and margin growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, GMs, MCMs, and Key Account Managers.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key national accounts.
• Lead new product launches with marketing support.
• Manage sales prices and margins for all customers.
• Maintain and expand the customer/prospect database using the CRM.
• Identify customer needs and industry trends to feedback into product development and marketing.
