Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the District Manager team across the region, drive retailer advocacy, and align with NP strategies. You will hire, onboard, coach, and develop DMs, ensuring performance and compliance while reporting to the National Manager.

The role combines sales leadership with field coaching, travel across the US, and P&L oversight, offering a base salary with annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. Remote/hybrid options may apply, with travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred.
• 3–5 years retail and sales management experience required.
• Superior leadership abilities with effective communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Personally accountable for team members and all documentation pertaining to team productivity.
• Track sales, events and merchandising projects accurately.
• Develop territory relationships through networking and partnerships with retail partners.
