The Mank Agency seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale a national sales team from across the United States. You will drive growth with a performance‑based commission structure, managing mentorship and a powerful lead system to achieve aggressive territory targets.

You will operate in a fully remote model with flexible scheduling, starting with a proven framework and training to help you reach personal monthly sales of $20,000–$60,000 and regional goals of up to $350,000 in monthly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Sales/Management experience required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Current Life and Health License (or ability to get quickly).
