Job summary

Affinity Waste Solutions LLC seeks a National Sales Account Representative to drive nationwide multi-property deals, manage MSAs, and represent the company at industry events. This remote role requires proximity to a major airport for travel.

You will collaborate with partners to expand the national footprint, close contracts, and meet a yearly quota with uncapped commissions, while travel can reach up to 30% of time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of national sales experience within the multifamily industry.
• Strong industry connections and proven track record closing multi-property deals.
• Willingness to travel extensively for meetings, presentations, and national events.
• Based near a major airport to facilitate frequent travel, preferably Midwest.
• Must pass background and drug screen and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hit annual quota of 15,000 units.
• Present MSAs at least 6 times per month.
• Close MSA contracts while managing multiple agreements.
• Support regional meetings with local reps.
• Attend national conferences (NAA, NMHC) and other events.
• Refer single-property opportunities to local reps.
