Job summary

CSG Talent in the United States is seeking a proven sales professional to grow a national Retail division for an environmental, engineering and property consultancy. You will focus on winning large national retailers and multi-site consumer businesses through direct engagement and strategic account planning.

You'll manage relationships with corporate decision-makers, develop cross-selling opportunities across environmental, EHS, sustainability and property services, and lead new-business

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling to national retailers.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Strong pipeline management and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy for the Retail division.
• Identify and secure new relationships with large national and regional retailers.
• Build a pipeline of portfolio-wide, multi-location programmes.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across corporate real estate, store development, facilities, construction, environmental, sustainability, operations, compliance and procurement.
• Understand retailers' property, environmental, construction and compliance challenges.
• Position the company's services around store openings, acquisitions, refurbishments, portfolio management, operational compliance and site closures.
• Expand existing retail accounts by introducing additional services and identifying opportunities across more locations.
• Cross-sell environmental, engineering, EHS, sustainability and property-consulting services.
• Coordinate internal technical specialists during meetings, proposals and presentations.
• Personally lead new-business conversations and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, revenue forecast and national account plan.
• Remain involved throughout delivery to develop long-term and recurring client relationships.
• Attend retail industry events and travel nationally for client meetings.
