UES, a national leader in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting and materials testing, seeks a Director for National Retail & Chain Growth to expand strategic partnerships with multi-location brands and grow national accounts across the United States.

You will lead business development efforts, build executive relationships with retailers, and collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in progressive business development in the A/E/C, environmental consulting, or infrastructure industry.
• Proven track record of securing contracts with public agencies, private sector clients, or utility/infrastructure owners.
• Experience with pre-positioning, capture planning, and proposal development.
• Strong ability to translate technical services into client-focused solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic business development across markets and opportunities in environmental engineering, geotechnical services, construction support, and infrastructure consulting.
• Build relationships with executives, developers, and other stakeholders within national retail and chain organizations.
• Identify opportunities to expand UES services, geographic reach, and market share across existing and prospective accounts.
• Partner with operational, technical, and business leaders to deliver a coordinated client experience for national clients.
• Represent UES at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and industry activity to shape growth strategies and support informed business decisions.
• Develop account growth strategies that drive revenue and strengthen UES's position as a trusted national partner.
