Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive business development experience in A/E/C, environmental consulting, or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and securing contracts with public/private sector clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic business development across key markets and expand opportunities in environmental engineering, geotechnical, construction support, and infrastructure consulting.
• Build relationships with executives and leaders within national retail and chain organizations.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, geographic reach, and market share across accounts.
• Partner with operational and technical leaders to deliver a coordinated experience for national clients.
• Represent UES at meetings, events, and conferences to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and shape growth strategies for informed decisions.
• Develop account growth strategies to drive revenue and strengthen national-partner position.
