UES, Inc. is seeking a Director of National Retail & Chain Growth to drive partnerships with major retail brands nationwide.

You will expand national accounts, grow market share, and lead high-level business development efforts across environmental engineering, geotechnical services, and infrastructure consulting. The role emphasizes building executive relationships, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with operations to deliver a seamless client experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive business development experience in A/E/C, environmental or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and securing contracts with public/private clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic business development efforts across key markets and services.
• Build relationships with executives, developers, and key stakeholders within national retail and chain organizations.
• Identify opportunities to expand UES services, geographic reach, and market share.
• Partner with operational, technical, and business leaders to deliver a coordinated client experience.
• Represent UES at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen relationships.
