Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Rental Customer Development Manager to oversee an assigned book of national rental accounts across West and Central regions. The role is 100% sales, focused on retention, growth and profitability, with travel and remote work options.

You will build plans, lead meetings, and partner with RAMs to develop teams, while earning base pay of $70,000 with uncapped commissions and a full benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years or more of experience in sales roles with quota achievement.
• Prior experience as Rental Manager, Rental Account Manager (RAM) or Business Development Manager (BDM) in leasing is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manages a book of approximately 100 top national rental accounts.
• Grows wallet share and revenue within assigned national rental accounts.
• Develops sales plans and a communication plan for each assigned account.
• Schedules and leads customer meetings and builds relationships at all levels.
• Attends customer events and trade shows for applicable industries within the territory.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
