Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial P&C insurance, with ICP experience.
• Strong carrier relationships across standard and E&S markets.
• License required; CPCU/CIC/ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a national placement team across regions.
• Own ICP relationships and negotiate program terms.
• Execute enterprise placement strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Support sales pitches and renewal retention with market insights.
• Monitor market conditions and drive process consistency.
• Represent the firm at ICP meetings and market summits.
