Job summary

The Baldwin Group, a prominent insurance brokerage, seeks a Placement Specialist to market accounts, mentor the Marketing Analyst Team, and coordinate placement and renewal strategies. You will build strong relationships with carrier partners and participate in reporting and process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years of experience; licensing with the State Department of Insurance is required or can be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong relationship-building with insurance partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Market all assigned accounts.
• Audit and ensure marketing information compliance.
• Mentor Marketing Analyst Team and review peers.
• Coordinate service delivery including placement/renewal strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with insurance carriers and understand carrier requirements.
• Generate periodic reports for distribution.
