The Baldwin Group is seeking a Placement Specialist to support the Placement Executive by marketing accounts and maintaining relationships with insurance company partners. You will assist in developing initial placement and renewal strategies, coordinate service delivery, and generate periodic reports for leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, experience in marketing insurance programs, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or 4+ years of work-related experience.
• Experience in an agency environment is a plus.
• Active insurance license preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Assist placement executive with marketing accounts and maintaining relationships with partners.
• Coordinate service delivery on accounts including placement and renewal strategies.
• Produce periodic reports for distribution to stakeholders.
