Mobile Modular is seeking a Government National Account Manager to drive federal, state, and local government opportunities from a remote home office. You will build strategic plans, expand strategic relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to win and execute government projects nationwide.

Responsibilities include creating demand pre-solicitation, maintaining a strong pipeline, and representing Mobile Modular with government agencies and prime contractors across the country.

Formación

• Five or more years of successful sales, business development, national-account, construction, modular-building, equipment-rental, government-contracting, or related experience.
• Experience selling to federal, state, or local agencies, military organizations, public-sector entities, government prime contractors, or related partners.
• Executive presence and commu nication skills to credibly represent the company with customers, partners, leadership, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, present, and close complex opportunities with long sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a national government business-development strategy across federal, state, and local markets.
• Identify, qualify, pursue, and help close modular building rental and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasts and next steps.
• Develop trusted relationships with contracting partners, customer stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Coordinate proposals and requirements with internal engineers, estimators, and project managers.
• Support government sales training, market outreach, and process improvements.
• Travel nationally as needed to meet customers and attend events.
