The role involves building a national distribution strategy, strengthening existing partnerships, recruiting new distributors, and driving market expansion across the United States. The ideal candidate will guide distributor growth, establish KPIs, and collaborate with leadership on commercial initiatives while traveling extensively to partner and industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, channel management, or business development in industrial markets.
• Proven success expanding distributor networks.
• Experience selling technical products through independent distributors.
• Background in hydraulic components, fluid power, or related products.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a two- to three-year national distribution growth strategy.
• Evaluate distributor network, sales performance, and growth potential.
• Identify underserved markets and recruit new distribution partners.
• Establish distributor selection criteria and evaluation processes.
• Develop relationships with regional and national distributors in hydraulic, fluid power, and industrial markets.
• Drive revenue growth through existing distribution partners and joint plans.
• Conduct distributor visits and performance reviews, and expand product penetration.
• Provide training, sales support, and market development assistance.
• Collaborate with leadership on commercial growth initiatives.
