EagleBurgmann is hiring a Distribution Manager to lead sales growth initiatives within the Distribution Channel, focusing on strategic objectives. The role involves extensive collaboration with District and Territory Managers, and reporting monthly on performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a BSME or equivalent engineering degree, alongside 5-7 years of industry experience. Proficiency in MS Office and technical selling skills are required, with frequent travel expected.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry.
• Experience in selling MTBF solutions.
• Travel required 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute annual national sales growth initiatives for EBI’s Distribution Channel.
• Collaborate with District and Territory Managers on distributor goal setting.
• Drive execution of distribution strategy, including training and marketing coordination.
• Build strong relationships with distributor principals.
• Lead the EB Distribution Council, ensuring effective follow-through.
• Develop annual Distributor Strategic Growth Plans.
• Organize annual technical training forums aligned with business development.
• Maintain CRM data and report monthly KPIs.

Conocimientos

Technical selling skills

Written and verbal reporting

MS Office proficiency

Experience with SAP S4 and SAP C4C (CRM)

Educación
