The ideal candidate will possess a BSME or equivalent engineering degree, alongside 5-7 years of industry experience. Proficiency in MS Office and technical selling skills are required, with frequent travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry.
• Experience in selling MTBF solutions.
• Travel required 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute annual national sales growth initiatives for EBI’s Distribution Channel.
• Collaborate with District and Territory Managers on distributor goal setting.
• Drive execution of distribution strategy, including training and marketing coordination.
• Build strong relationships with distributor principals.
• Lead the EB Distribution Council, ensuring effective follow-through.
• Develop annual Distributor Strategic Growth Plans.
• Organize annual technical training forums aligned with business development.
• Maintain CRM data and report monthly KPIs.
