Daikin Applied Americas seeks a National Business Development Manager to lead the Data Center aftermarket service strategy nationwide, driving maintenance agreements, attachment rates, and recurring revenue while maintaining local customer relationships.

You will collaborate with District Service, National Accounts, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Management to standardize programs, pricing, and proposals, enabling scalable growth for mission-critical facilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth, focusing on maintenance agreements and recurring revenue.
• Partner with District Service organizations to identify, price, propose, and secure new Data Center maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME, guiding operations, customer requirements, and market trends.
