Job summary

The Baldwin Group seeks a National Operations Manager for Employee Benefits to drive operational excellence nationwide. You will establish national standards, streamline workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance across regions, partnering with IT, regional leaders, and senior management to optimize systems and reporting.

You will lead with significant autonomy, guiding process improvements and enterprise-level strategies to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field and 6–8 years in insurance brokerage operations.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits workflows, compliance, and agency systems.
Experience with national or multi-regional oversight and change management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement national standards and best practices for Employee Benefits operations.
Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and productivity.
Ensure compliance, controls, and audit standards; monitor risk and correct issues.
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to optimize agency management systems.
Establish KPIs and dashboards; drive cross-regional continuous improvement.
