Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Director, Benefits Technology to lead the technology team within the Employee Benefits segment. You will oversee benefit eligibility management systems, support colleagues’ career growth, and strengthen client relationships.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, system strategy, and scalable solutions to drive growth and maintain high client satisfaction across the U.S. and abroad.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years working experience with benefit administration systems, payroll systems and/or HRIS systems and team leadership experience.
• Superb client relations skills with the ability to diffuse tense situations.
• Experience in working and configuring an HRIS Database.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; strong Excel data manipulation, pivots and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Lead EBG Technology Team and activities.
• Develop and drive EBG Technology annual goals and objectives.
• Maintain open communication and articulate decisions to colleagues.
• Oversee EBG Technology Solution Systems, their infrastructure, and administration.
• Develop long term strategic plans for the EBG Technology Team to support growth.
