Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 6–8 years in insurance brokerage operations with Employee Benefits expertise.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits workflows, compliance requirements, and agency management systems.
• Experience with national or multi-regional operational oversight and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop national standards and best practices for Employee Benefits operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance productivity across regions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards; monitor risk and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to optimize agency management systems and leverage automation tools for operational efficiency.
• Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with regional operations leaders, client service teams, and senior management to align operational initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to regional teams on operational policies, procedures, and system utilization.
• Lead operational integration efforts during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
