Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Enterprise Lead to guide large-scale transformation of benefits processes across the firm. You will translate strategy into practical workflows, lead training sessions, and partner with data teams to design dashboards for QA and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between transition project team and end users, translating strategy into practical execution.
• Communicate process changes clearly, translating technical jargon into actionable steps.
• Leverage knowledge of legacy processes to optimize new workflows.
• Provide feedback during testing and pilots to ensure usability and outcomes.
• Obtain data to analyze process requirements.
• Advocate for benefits of new process, encouraging adoption and addressing resistance.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and real-time troubleshooting during go-live.
• Analyze options and evaluate outcomes to maintain momentum.
• Communicate decisions clearly to impacted business partners.
• Define and drive strategic initiatives to enhance client experience.
• Evaluate and expand outsourcing opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Establish and lead a process design committee for nationwide governance.
• Develop and implement standards for the EBG team for high-touch client experience.
• Partner with data team to design datasets and dashboards supporting QA and governance initiatives.
