Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of insurance brokerage operations and risk management.
• 6-8 years in insurance brokerage operations with Commercial Risk experience.
• Ability to lead cross-regional initiatives with limited authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national operational standards for Commercial Risk servicing.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards; monitor risk and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to optimize agency management systems and automation.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with regional operations leaders, client service teams, and senior management to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to regional teams on policies, procedures, and system utilization.
• Lead operational integration efforts during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
