Job summary

The Baldwin Group, an award-winning insurance brokerage, seeks an Employee Benefits Client Executive to lead design, implementation, and administration of large client benefit plans, with guidance on ACA and regulatory changes.

You will analyze claims data, ensure compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners while advancing service quality in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
• CEBS, SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
• Minimum five years in insurance/benefits, including leading an account team.
• MS Office: PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Excel, Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy activity and stewardship for assigned book.
• Analyze claims data for large accounts and benchmark against industry.
• Ensure client compliance with benefits and ACA implications.
• Stay updated on FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA and reporting requirements.
• Promote ethical standards and high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accuracy and timely communication with clients and partners.
• Develop strong relationships with insurance company partners.
• Review accounts for additional lines or changes at renewal.
