Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead and support nationwide analytics for underwriting, renewals, and client decision-making. You will collaborate with IOA Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform pricing and program performance.

The role focuses on analytics, technology usage, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize client outcomes, with a remote-friendly setup in the Eastern Time Zone and Florida areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution‑development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics activities on a national scale.
• Provide data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support underwriting evaluations, renewals, and funding analyses.
• Partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams for client objectives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
