Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead nationwide analytics, supporting underwriting evaluations, renewals, funding analyses, and strategic client decisions.

You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants and Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights, build dashboards, and drive operational excellence across IOA Benefits Group, with work optional remote in the Eastern Time Zone and Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to finance or analytics.
• Knowledge of underwriting, pricing, funding, and healthcare pricing tools.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data‑driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with client service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to translate complex data for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy.
• Evaluate underwriting data and support pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, and performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
