Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant for Employee Benefits to lead national analytics, data collection, interpretation, and client consultation. You will work with underwriting, producers, and benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights that influence renewals, funding analyses, and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insight.
• Experience in underwriting concepts, funding, and healthcare pricing basics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data tools.
• Ability to translate complex data for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nationwide data analytics for Employee Benefits.
• Gather, analyze, interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Provide data-driven insights to support renewals, pricing negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver client-facing analytics and recommendations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits for presentations.
• Maintain analytics methodologies and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Account Teams.
• Support sales efforts with analytical inputs for renewals and prospects.
• Evaluate performance trends and benchmarking to identify optimization opportunities.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and clients.
• Share knowledge and provide analytical guidance to the team.
