Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant for Employee Benefits. This remote role supports IOA Benefits Group with nationwide data analytics, underwriting data interpretation, and client consultations.

You will partner with Producers and account teams to deliver data-driven insights for underwriting, renewals, and funding analyses. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of analytics experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Experience with underwriting data, funding analyses, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nationwide analytics efforts for IOA Benefits Group.
• Analyze underwriting, claims, and financial data to inform client decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and exhibits for client consultations and renewals.
• Support carrier negotiations and funding analyses with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, and carriers to meet objectives.
• Ensure analytics methodologies and reporting standards are followed.
