Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics across the benefits group. You will collect and analyze underwriting, claims, and financial data, deliver insights, and support renewal negotiations and client decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• Knowledge of underwriting methodologies and funding arrangements.
• Experience with data-driven financial analysis and claims data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics activities on a national scale for IOA Benefits Group.
• Collect, analyze, interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Provide data-driven insights for underwriting, pricing, funding, and client decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, and carriers to support client objectives.
• Maintain analytics methodologies and best practices.
