Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across the benefits program. You will collect, interpret, and present data to support underwriting, renewals, and client decisions.

You will collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, and carriers to deliver insights and enhance performance while navigating a remote/Hybrid work setup in ETZ and Florida. IOA offers competitive compensation and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Data analytics: collect, analyze, interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data for client strategy.
• Underwriting support: evaluate data and provide recommendations for carrier pricing and funding.
• Client consulting: deliver data-driven insights on risks, trends, and performance.
• Sales support: assist renewals, prospecting, and business development with analytical input.
• Reporting and presentations: create dashboards and financial exhibits communicating findings clearly.
• Analytics process management: develop methodologies and standards to improve consistency.
• Technology optimization: evaluate BI tools to enhance client outcomes.
• Performance analysis: analyze trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Process improvement: recommend efficiency and accuracy enhancements.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with internal teams to support objectives.
• Training: share knowledge and guide team development.
