Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics on a national scale. Remote Eastern Time Zone and Florida-based work option, with on-site in Longwood, FL when needed. Requires 5–7 years of experience in analytics, underwriting support, and client consulting.

You will deliver data-driven insights, support pricing and funding analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and risk assessment principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics activities for IOA Benefits Group on a national scale.
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting evaluations, renewals, and funding analyses.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, and carriers to enable strategic decision making.
• Maintain analytics methodologies and best practices to improve accuracy and consistency.
