Qualifications

• 5+ years within the healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting experience, with a focus on dental and vision insurance.
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience.
• Active Health & Life license required or can be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Develop proactive growth strategy and cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients.
• Lead prospecting and RFP management across territories.
• Coordinate with underwriting, legal, actuarial, and marketing to develop compelling and compliant submissions.
• Maintain client-specific pipeline and strategy; support target account planning and client presentations.
