Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to develop cross-sell pursuits that expand dental and vision membership with existing Aetna/Caremark clients in a remote/hybrid role.

The role reports to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales, requiring strong client-facing skills, RFP management, and collaboration across underwriting, legal, actuarial, and marketing to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting experience.
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience.
• Client-facing / presentation experience across finalist and capability meeting settings.
• Experience supporting cross functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience managing RFP process with cross functional teams to develop compelling and compliant submissions.
• Active Health & Life license required. May obtain within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive growth strategies that drive membership growth within target accounts.
• Identify and prioritize cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
• Collaborate to define and execute account-specific pursuit strategies.
• Maintain client-specific pipelines and coordinate pursuit activity including strategy development and proposals.
