Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to develop and execute cross-sell strategies in dental and vision for existing Aetna/Caremark clients. This role supports prospecting and RFP activities across territories and reports to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales for National Accounts.

The position offers a remote/hybrid work model with a base pay range and eligibility for CVS Health bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare industry sales or consulting with focus on dental and vision insurance.
• Experience shaping sales strategy or pursuit strategy.
• Client-facing/presentation experience across finalist and capability meetings.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive growth strategies to achieve membership growth targets.
• Identify and prioritize cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
• Collaborate with underwriting and other teams to prepare competitive, compliant quotes.
• Support RFP management and KPI tracking across territories.
