Reporting to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales for National Accounts, the position offers remote/hybrid options, requires 5+ years in healthcare sales, and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, pipeline management, and strategic client

Qualificações

• 5+ years in healthcare sales, account management and/or consulting with a focus on dental and vision insurance.
• Experience defining and executing sales or pursuit strategies.
• Client-facing/presentation experience across finalist and capability meetings.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience managing RFP processes with underwriting, legal, actuarial, marketing teams.
• Active Health & Life license required or within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a proactive growth strategy to achieve membership targets.
• Identify and prioritize cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients.
• Coordinate pursuit activity including strategy, proposal support, and finalist preparation; participate in client presentations.
• Maintain client-specific pipeline, support target account planning, and CRM reporting and submissions.
