IDR, Inc. is seeking a driven Account Manager to accelerate net-new business growth across our IT Staffing services in Atlanta.

You will own full business development cycle from prospecting to contract execution, while partnering with recruiting and government services teams. This hunter-minded role emphasizes creating new opportunities, building a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and conferences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hunter-focused business development or consultative sales experience.
• Experience in IT staffing, technology staffing, workforce solutions, or related professional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across IT markets.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, conferences, and market research.
• Build relationships with technology, procurement, hiring, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery and position IDR's IT staffing and workforce solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution, job orders, and account launch.
• Grow newly established accounts by identifying additional departments, projects, and staffing opportunities.
• Partner with IDR's recruiting teams to translate client needs into clear search priorities.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Represent IDR at relevant client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
