dormakaba USA, Inc. is seeking a National Accounts Customer Service Representative to work remotely within the United States, preferably in the Eastern or Central time zones.

The role focuses on nurturing key customer relationships, dispatching technicians nationwide, and ensuring service requirements are met for each call. The position offers a base hourly salary of $20.00–$24.00, with consideration for education, experience, and market data.

Qualifications

• Accepts and dispositions in-bound service calls.
• Dispatches service calls to relevant service branches/technicians and subcontractors.
• Maintains and documents communication with customers on issues of importance such as ETA, approvals, and submitting information in customer portals.
• Efficiently transitions information to dispatchers and CSRs on different shifts.
• Creates and analyzes reports for monthly/quarterly account productivity.
