TridentCare in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support nationwide Long Term Care and outside the hospital client base, interacting with technologists and regional account reps. The CSR handles orders by phone or fax, delivers prompt and courteous responses, and may be cross-trained to dispatch, serving as a front-line liaison with Directors of Nursing and Administration.

This remote day-shift role requires strong communication, typing speed, and problem solving,

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Computer knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Solid communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Solid problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to type 35 - 40 words per minute.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Medical terminology / experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Receive and process customer orders by telephone or fax.
• Interact with customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Cross trained to work on Dispatch side when needed.
• Document activity in TridentCare system.
• Enter orders manually via fax process and operate phone system.
• Adhere to work schedule and respond to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Directors of Nursing and Administration.
