Sales Match is seeking an entry-level Dispatch Representative for remote work from Wisconsin, USA. You will handle calls and emails with drivers, carriers, and customers, delivering timely shipment updates and maintaining accurate notes for the operations team.

This role supports an operations lead and collaborates with dispatch coordinators and customer service colleagues. The position requires a 40-hour week, with shift times varying.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; related dispatch or customer contact experience is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review dispatch calls, emails, and queue items to identify shipment questions and updates needing a response.
• Verify shipment references, carrier details, delivery locations, and schedules before sharing information.
• Lookup shipment milestones in the TMS and note the latest status and source.
• Contact carriers/drivers for status checks and delay explanations when information is unclear.
• Answer dispatch inquiries via a contact-center system and provide verified information clearly.
• Record contact details and status changes for team visibility and hand off unfinished items as needed.
• Share updates with customers and operations, distinguishing estimated vs. confirmed delivery times.
• Follow up on pending requests and milestones per team procedures.
• Escalate missed windows or conflicting information with notes to the operations lead.
• Close inquiries after resolving outcomes; maintain accurate notes and timely follow-up.
