Qualifications

• Comfortable with outbound and inbound calling, including delays.
• Willingness to learn CRM/dispatch tools (ZenDesk/ClickUp).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appliance repair bookings.
• Schedule technicians based on availability and location.
• Provide service updates and address customer complaints.
• Process pricing, payments, and update customer records in CRM.
• Respond via phone, email, and text; generate reports as needed.
• Escalate issues per operations manual and guidelines.
