Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is hiring a National Account Manager to serve medium, large and enterprise National Accounts. You will manage relationships, present plans, and coordinate with teams to meet growth goals.

Remote work is supported with travel as needed; you will collaborate with Lacrosse brands and teams across the US and Canada, supporting fundraising and equipment distribution. Strong sales experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in management and/or sales roles.
• Lacrosse experience and knowledge of lacrosse products.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business through proactive relationship management and strategic account support.
• Maintain consistent daily communication with customers, responding to emails/texts within 24 hours.
• Develop and present quarterly account plans with management to support retention and growth.
• Communicate updates and issues professionally and promptly to customers.
• Partner with customers to create customized logo concepts and product designs.
• Build and manage online team stores for fundraising, ordering, and distribution.
• Assist AR by handling billing inquiries and aging AR resolution.
• Participate in development opportunities and lacrosse events quarterly to grow knowledge.
• Utilize approved expense budgets to strengthen client relationships.
• Process bulk orders with a 12-hour target turnaround.
