Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Development Manager to expand Ryder's footprint by nurturing leads and turning highly qualified prospects into opportunities for Field Sales. The role focuses on national accounts and improving the sales cycle cadence.

The NDM will educate prospects about Ryder's value proposition and services, coordinate meetings with Sales Representatives, and maintain strong relationships across organizational levels. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of successful sales experience required.
• Three+ years of Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Five+ years selling in a B2B environment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurturing and assess when a lead merits one-on-one attention.
• Conduct one-on-one nurturing and apply BANT criteria to allocate resources.
• Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Ryder sales reps.
• Educate prospects about Ryder's value proposition and services.
• Maintain high call volume to pass qualified leads to sales and generate revenue.
