Job summary

Xenon Pharmaceuticals, a neuroscience-focused biopharma, seeks a National Account Director for the U.S. market.

This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Payer Accounts and is responsible for shaping and executing national payer access strategies ahead of Azetukalner's launch in epilepsy. You will build executive-level payer relationships, drive formulary access, and align cross-functional teams to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10–12 years in market access with at least 5 years calling on national accounts.
• Deep knowledge of payer/PBM economics and healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead national payer account strategy and relationships.
• Secure coverage and formulary access for Xenon products.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs and Value & Access teams.
• Negotiate contracts and manage ROI across accounts.
• Represent Xenon at industry conferences and key meetings.
