Job summary

Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Boston/Needham, MA, seeks an Associate Director, Patient Marketing, to lead strategic and operational patient-focused marketing efforts for epilepsy therapies.

This individual contributor role develops campaigns, education resources, digital initiatives, and advocacy partnerships to support patients and caregivers throughout their treatment journey. You will partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and Commercial teams to drive disease awareness,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience or equivalent
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare marketing
• 3+ years developing patient-focused marketing strategies
• Experience supporting product launches and commercialization
• Demonstrated success managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Design and implement patient-focused marketing campaigns across digital, print and experiential channels
• Develop educational resources and patient support materials
• Oversee content strategy for websites, CRM programs, and email campaigns
• Lead agency relationships for creative development, media planning and production
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and Commercial teams on launch planning and execution
