Job summary

NS Pharma is seeking a National Account Director Lead to translate U.S. Market Access strategy into disciplined payer account execution. You will lead and develop NADs, manage high-priority accounts, and drive policy, access and coverage strategies across medical and pharmacy-benefit products.

The role entails building capabilities for launches, expanding portfolio access, and guiding cross-functional teams to optimize payer outcomes while traveling for field engagements.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the U.S. coverage and reimbursement landscape across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer channels.
• Proven success leading and coaching payer account teams in consultative customer engagement and strategic account execution.
• Rare disease experience and expertise with medical benefit, infused/injectables required; cell and/or gene therapy products strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NAD team through coaching, field observation, feedback and development.
• Translate U.S. Market Access objectives into actionable national payer strategy.
• Develop NAD capability to independently lead consultative payer engagements with approved materials.
• Lead payer access and policy shaping strategies across medical- and pharmacy-benefit products.
• Prepare and adapt the NAD organization for portfolio evolution and launches.
• Capture payer evidence needs and translate into actionable recommendations for HEOR/RWE and access strategy.
