Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant management experience or equivalent.
• 7+ years marketing in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• 3+ years creating patient-focused marketing strategies.
• Experience supporting product launches and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute patient marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and milestones.
• Identify barriers and opportunities along patient journey to improve engagement.
• Translate patient insights into actionable programs and campaigns.
• Lead content and campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
• Manage partnerships with agencies and internal teams for campaigns.
• Support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for a novel epilepsy therapy.
