Definium Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, National Accounts to lead market access strategies and develop payer-specific recommendations across national PBMs and health plans. You will manage executive relationships and drive account planning, engagement, and cross-functional launch readiness.

The role focuses on CNS/psychiatry markets, requires 10+ years in payer and market access, and offers a base pay range with potential bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in market access, payer, reimbursement, or related biopharmaceutical roles.
• Experience with national plans, PBMs, and large payer accounts.
• Background in CNS/psychiatry or specialty product launches preferred.
• Strong knowledge of formulary management and reimbursement decision processes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical and economic evidence for payer discussions.

Responsibilities

• Implement market access strategies and develop payer reimbursement recommendations.
• Own executive relationships with PBMs, national plans, and other market access stakeholders.
• Lead account planning, customer engagement, and business reviews for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with payer stakeholders across functions to enable access and launch readiness.
• Translate clinical and economic evidence into payer discussions and insights.
• Monitor payer trends, formulary processes, and reimbursement dynamics.
