Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership in specialty lubricants or adjacent markets.
• Proven experience leading sales teams and delivering profitable growth in North America.
• Experience managing distributor networks, strategic accounts, and OEM relationships.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America commercial organization and deliver revenue, margin, and business objectives.
• Drive growth of Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
