Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in commercial leadership.
Experience leading sales teams and delivering profitable growth in NA.
Proven success managing distributor networks, strategic accounts and OEMs.
Strong business development with ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and building high-performance commercial organizations.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development.
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales organization across North America.
Develop and execute the NA commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
Expand distributor partnerships and optimize channel performance.
Travel extensively to support customers, channel partners, and team development.
